0 fuss, ready in less than 10 minutes (I mean, the only thing quicker would be a terribly meh salad), so tasty and GOOD FOR YOU.
Perfect side for noodles, rice, stirfries, and meats:
250 - 300g of your fave Asian greens
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 inch nub of ginger, sliced thinly or grated
1 tbsp of reduced-salt / light soy sauce (more if you're a salty sea dog!)
3-4 tbsp of oyster sauce
1-2 tsp Stank Sauce of your choosing
Olive or vegetable oil
Bring a pot of water to the boil, then reduce to medium heat and throw in your greens
Blanche until JUST soft (no more than 1-2 minutes, if that) - we enjoy our Asian greens with a bit of crunch to them still
In the meantime, mix the other ingredients together until well combined
Pop the blanched greens onto a plate and toss in dressing... use them wrists!
Serve up sprinkled with fried shallots for extra texture and fresh coriander for a lift
